ProphetCharts: RIG

RIG got sold off fairly hard. It managed to make a comeback and recover some losses in the afternoon. If you look on the daily chart, you'll see RIG was meeting resistance at a downtrend line in the morning.

ProphetCharts: AAPL

AAPL likes to tease. Check out the Bear Trap. It finally worked itself to the end of the triangle and broke down. It later bounced back, however.

ProphetCharts: USO

Oil got crushed today. At 11:30AM it broke below the day's lows and sold off HARD, on big volume. Where I marked "WHEEE!!" on the chart would have been a nice place to get short. It then formed a descending triangle and broke down some more. If it breaks down below the lows put in today, I think we'll be witness to a continued bear-fest.

ProphetCharts: MRVL

MRVL is stuck in a triangle. It is currently being supported by its uptrend line (purple), which has been in place for 7 years. If it breaks that trendline, it's heading lower. If the trendline holds, it will power higher. Tune in for the next few weeks as the drama unfolds.

ProphetCharts: GLD

GLD is about to break through its 9 month uptrend (orange line). I'm thinking the next stop will be the 3 year trendline (purple), at around $80. That would be a 12% drop from here.

Alcoa

Alcoa might be a buy here once it finds support again.
